CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel day of, you will be charged a 50% fee of all services booked and a new booking deposit + card on file will be required to schedule any future appointments at VENUS salon. Appointments may be rescheduled and considered a same day cancellation if the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. After 30 minutes clients will be marked as a no call no show and will be charged 50% of the service. After 3 same day cancellations/no shows VENUS Salon will be unable to book any future appointments.
